Standing cold and scared on top of blue hills
There came a moment when I lost my will
I prayed for mercy please Lord take me away
Or give me sunshine where I only see grey
Christs got a hold of me he can't be denied

The fire of my (ones) soul
grows dimmer each day.
The embers of my (one's) heart
refuse to glow.

I (one) feel (s) trapped,
trapped within the orb;
the orb of society.
(in which) There is no escape.

My (one's) soul longs for the freedom,
freedom from these burning chains.
The burning chains of anger;
anger at myself.( oneself)

My (one's) soul needs to burn.
My (one's) heart needs to be ignited.
For only when I am (one is) ablaze
can I (one) truly be free...(from what the tyranny of society or the fact there is something you haven't told the reader?)

Within my soul
I feel the fire grows dimmer
fading with each day
the light which was there
ceases to exist
with the embers which were there
left to rot into the mist

I feel entombed in an orb
in which harshes of society has created
cut off from I know
from what is right and what is wrong
I feel alone
I feel trapped

Yerning for freedom my heart aches
to be released from the chains of dispear
from only which hope can break
but there is no hope
there is nothing there
only anger lies here

ignite my heart it needs to burn
the light of hope
in faith I trust
until then for when My heart truely is ablaze
it is only then
when I shall be free from lifes wicked maze
