The Fundy Northern Railroad is not an operational model railroad in the normal sense, but composed of several pairs of HO scale portable modules that are often operated with a local club.

I enjoy model making rather than operating.   I've been collecting On30 equipment for a possible display module.   Check my history page to see what I've been doing.

ABOUT THE ENGINE HOUSE PHOTO - This is one of my early model railroad images.  Taken from the back of a Pola plastic engine house with the rear window removed.    The water tank and the sand tower were also Pola plastic models, while the Shay steam engine is a Keystone non-powered model.  It was the first craftsman style kit I built.   Taken on black and white film and the print was sepia toned to give the old time look.  It's still one of my favorites.
