Loving Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, wife and daughter.
A True friend, always your biggest fan.
Loved by all who met her.
Adored by all who truly knew her.
Cherished by her family and friends.
She was truly precious;
Her ever-present warmth and smile, radiating light and Love to her final breath.
She travels now in our hearts,
Lifts us up to all we can be,
Bolsters our spirits,
Cheers us on our way.
Her high standards and endearing ways
Have showed us all how to live.
How to bring integrity and values to all we do.
How to give of whatever we have,
Without demands,
With unconditional Love.
How to pave the way for our children
Through our example, as she did.
Her gentle ways taught us so very much about living and caring and sharing.
If we only ask ourselves,
"What would she do?"
We will find our way in this world.
Each person who knew her
Is a better person for it.
Her life may not have been big and bold,
But it had so much impact on those of us fortunate enough
To love her and to have been loved by her.
She taught us well and prepared us all to go on.
Only then did she leave the pain of her physical body and move on knowing we will be okay.
She now abides peacefully and joyously with God
And is probably dancing right now with Dad to the sound of the Big Bands.
Can't you see them and hear them praising those of us they left behind?
Thank you God for blessing us with the best start possible.
Now it is our turn.
We will honor and pay tribute through the way we live.
