So if you ever go to Perugia you most definitly have to go to the Shamrock, its by far the best bar in town!

| The Shamrock | |
This is one of my favorite places in Perugia, and thus deserves its own web page. The Shamrock was the bar that Noah and I frequented. We made friends with the Irish bartender, Martina, over the offensiveness of carbombs. "That's not funny in Ireland, ya know!" Martina told us and thus a friendship was born. In turn Martina introduced us to Sanne, a Dutch girl who lives in Perugia and speaks 4 languages fluently. Thankfully one of those languages was English. Sanne than introduced us to two Americans named RB and Steve. They are from Colorado and were in Italy babysitting (nice babysitting job, eh?). It was great fun getting to know all these people! The Shamrock was great to go to Tuesdays, Thursday and Saturdays, cause it was FREE SHOT NIGHT. And you got a free shot of whatever you wanted with a pint. So if you ever go to Perugia you most definitly have to go to the Shamrock, its by far the best bar in town! |
