July 1, 2002 Ok, i have been sick with a sore throat all weekend, and so, on monday, my dad took me to the doctor. the whole way there, he lectured me about keeping my tri-care (a military benefit card) with me everywhere for medical services. and Then he brought up "If you were always here with me..." thing in almost every other sentence. well, the doc said i have an enlarged thyroid and mentioned about my anti-depressants i'm taking and how that effects it, and when we got back in the car, my dad said "see? if you lived over here with me, then i would have him just check out your thyroid." i rolled my eyes and looked away. I go back to Tennessee on Friday, and so, he's giving me the guilt trip by moping around he house sad when he talks about me going back. Oh, and Thursday, he actually let me take Vinnie to the carnavel that's going on near by!!! i was SO surprized!!! then when i was getting ready to go, i had to change shirts 4 TIMES cuz he didn't want vinnie catching a glimpse of my cleavage. GRRR!!! i wear some of those shirts to CHURCH, but thursday, he wouldn't let me wear them!!! I just didn't get it!!! ANYway... my dad and i are going to see star wars episode II today, and i pray that he doesn't lecture me about hitting on guys to getting raped and dumped in a ditch. :-\ blah. HOME |
