| Fulton Country Club Board of Directors Nov. 29th, 2005 The meeting was called to order by President R. Bielenberg at 6:30 PM Attendance was taken: Present were R. Bielenberg, A. Housenga, C. Kerr, R. Winkle, D. Doughty, J. VanZuiden, J. Harmon, and T. Dellit. Absent were G. Rolfes and M. Asaadi. The minutes were presented by Secretary C. Kerr: Moved by D. Doughty to approve as presented, seconded by T. Dellit, minutes were approved. The treasurer report was presented by Treasurer R. Winkle: Moved by J. VanZuiden to accept the report as presented, seconded by J. Harmon, Report was approved. J. VanZuiden presented the Greens and Grounds Committee report. Copy Attached. Moved by J. VanZuiden to proceed with the purchase and installation of the overhead door for the maintenance shed from Gateway Door Company of Clinton, IA at a price of $441.23, seconded by A. Housenga. Motion was approved. Ron Hook and Keith King were left off the prospective membership list. The names will be added back on the list. Discussion was held on replacing theToro collar mower with a 2 year old John Deere 2500 at a cost of $2500.00, and the Ransom up-front mower with a new Ztrak at a cost of $10,000.00. A. Housenga moved to proceed with the purchase, seconded by J. VanZuiden. Motion was approved. The funds are not due until Spring, 2006. Kurt reported that the cost for aerifying of the greens was $300.00 this year vs $700 - $800 in previous years. The savings was realized by renting from Rock River Country Club. Discussion was held concerning the upcoming billing. It was decided that the wording from the by-laws concerning late payment would be printed on the statement. ' A request for being placed on the preferred membership list was denied. Cart leases were discussed. This issue will be taken up at the January meeting. There will be a greens and grounds committee in December. The next board meeting will be held January 31, 2006 at G. Rolfes office in Lyons. The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 PM.
