| Possibly the hero with the bizzare claim to the stupidest origin story in the entire history of Superheroes. Robert L. Frank was bitten by a cobra while on a jungle expedition with his father. A mongoose subsequently appeared and killed the cobra in one, lightning fast strike. Robert's father injected him with Mongoose blood, which apparently, not only saved his life, but gifted him the ability of superhuman speed. He faught alongside hero's like the original Human Torch and Captain America during the war. There was also a Whizzer in the Squadron Supreme, however he was far more powerful. | |||||||||||||||
