Formed by Baron Zemo, a former Nazi scientist and enemy of Captain America when he learned his old foe had been discovered alive. Zemo vowed revenge. To battle Captain America's new allies the Avengers, Zemo approached the enemies of all the Avengers. Thor's enemy the Radioactive Man, Iron Man's foe the Melter, and Giant-Man and the Wasp's opponent the Black Knight, and lured the Avengers into a confrontation with his Masters of Evil. Despite being bested by the Avengers Zemo has led countless versions of the Masters of Evil against the Avengers and other heroes.
TEAM ABILITY
The Masters of Evil, as their name implies, are not the most gentlemanly bunch, and are quite happy to 'pile-on' to opponents. Adjacent members of the Masters of Evil may attack using a single action no matter how many people are attacking
