Dear Partner Bambang,
A greater burden for lost
souls has captured my heart. It is as though my heart is erupting with a
million explosions. I have captured the cry of heaven—the cry for
souls, souls, SOULS!—in
a greater way than I have ever known. It is truly of the Lord, for on my
own, that is impossible.
The Lord has placed that
greater burden on me because the days are short and getting shorter, for
He said to us, “For he will finish the work, and cut it short in
righteousness: because a short [quick] work will the Lord make upon the
earth” (Romans 9:28). He will do a quick work, says the Lord!
In fact, God is moving so
rapidly in so many parts of the world that many of us who are preaching
the Gospel to the nations are having a hard time keeping up with Him!
For example, in the Arab world, millions are coming to the Lord through
dreams. Last year alone, one million souls were saved and baptized in
Egypt alone!
Millions more in the
Muslim world are having dreams of Christ Jesus. God is truly fulfilling
His Word, for He is pouring out His Spirit upon all flesh (foretold in
Joel 2:28).
Recently in South Africa,
a woman named Samarrah told me how the Lord revealed Himself to her and
brought her out of Islam.
Once a devout Muslim and
the daughter of an Imam (head priest), she is now winning many to the
Lord in her country!
