The  two main styles taught at Hall's Martial Arts Connection (HMAC) are Tracy's Kenpo and Hakkoryu Jujitsu.  These styles blend exceptionally well together, incorporating self protection and controlling techniques.  Other studies include Okinawan Kobudo Weapons, Shuri Ryu Karate, Shiatsu, Tai Chi, cardio circuit training.  Our studio helps promote self-confidence and well-being in a family atmosphere.

One major difference at HMAC is professional individual training.  All private lesson courses are taught by a professional instructor.  With private instruction, you can learn 7 to 17 times faster.  One to one private lessons enable you to learn at your own pace, and are arranged at times convenient to you.  But you also need the repetition and interaction of group instruction; so we provide unlimited group classes.  We have no belt testing fees and an excellent family pricing structure...
the oldest studying member of the family (up to 4) pays for their program -- younger, immediate family members study free! (families of 5 or more - ask for prices)

INTRODUCTORY PROGRAM

Everyone 12 years and older beginning the HMAC martial arts journey starts with an introductory course, whether experienced or beginner.  It consists of 3 private lessons, 1/2 hour each.  During this introductory course, you will learn more about our styles, see what kind of time and energy exertion would be required for further study, see the quality of our instructors, and be prepared for group instruction.  Beginning with your first introductory lesson, you will learn a very powerful self defense technique that you can use immediately.  After the trial period, you may be approved for continued training.  We are looking for potential students with a serious desire to learn.

Because this introductory course is a trial period without obligation, you don't have to purchase a uniform right away.  Simply wear loose clothing (EX:  sweat pants and a t-shirt; no shorts please).

The cost is $39.50 for the introductory course.  After you become more familiar with our style and school, we will explain the continuation program.  The cost is $100/month (covers both private and group lessons).  Remember, our prices include members of your immediate family!

HISTORY - CHINESE KENPO IS NOT A SPORT

Chinese Kenpo
is a street-practical self defense system.  It is taught with extensive Theory, Strategy, Applications, and Observations.  It also creates an awareness and is designed to conform to every situation.

Kenpo is a mixture of five different cultures:  First, and most important, Chinese; second, Japanese; followed by Okinawan, Hawaiian, and American.

The art we call "Kenpo" was passed down through the Mitose family, who studied the original art in China in the late 1600's and brought it back to Japan.
