Peanut Cruch Cake
Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
3 eggs
1 quarter cup veggie oil
1/2-3/4 cups chocolate chips, divided
1/2-3/4 cups peanut butter chips, divided
1/2 cup chopped nuts [your crunch]
Directions:
In mixing bowl beat cake mix, peanut butter and brown sugar on low speed till crumbly. Set aside one half cup, add water, eggs and oil to remaining mixture. Blend on low, until moistened, beat on high for two minutes, stir in 1 quarter cup each chocolate & p.b. chips. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 baking pan. Combine peanuts, reserved crumb mixture and remaining chips sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center will come out clean. Cool completely, serve.

Choco-Berry Freeze
Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa
1 cup cold whipping cream
Directions:
In blender, place orange juice and strawberries, cover and blend. Add remaining ingredients, blend until thoroughly combined. Pour mixture into cold 9" squared pan. Freeze until hard around edges. Into blender, spoon semi-frozen mixture, blend until smooth. Pour mixture into 1 quart mold, or return to square pan. Cover and freeeze until firm, 4-6 hours. To serve unmold onto cold plate. Cut into slices or spoon into dessert dishes.
