Little D = Duriel. Conveniently has the same initial as Big D, so that we need to differentiate.
live off land = to only use things you find within your characters gaming experience. To never mule.
LL = Life Leech.
LoH = Laying of Hands. Set Bramble Mitts.
lol = laugh out loud. What we do when we read something particularly comical.
LoL = League of Lunacy. Term for League of Perfectly Sane People.
LR = Lower Resists. Necromancer Skill.
LR = Lightning Resistance.
LS = Lightning Sentry. Assassin Skill.
lvl = level. Both noun and verb. Often prefixed by m (monster), i (item), s (skill) or c (haracter)
mancer = Necromancer. Often combined with build-descriptive prefix. Such as golemancer.
MAYDBGAG = Blessing from MacTir.
Mavs = M'Avina's <set item>. Apostrophes are difficult on any occasion. Having two is worse.
MB = Mind Blast. Assassin Skill.
Meph = Mephisto, of course. Act Boss in Act III.
Merc = Mercenary. Companion who sometimes assists you.
Messy = Messerschmidt's Reaver. Unique Champion Axe.
MF = Magic Find. Items that add %MF are highly sought.
ML = Mana Leech.
MPK = Mana Per Kill.
MR = Messerschmidt's Reaver. Unique Champion Axe.
MS = Multishot. Often found in conjunction with LE, as in MSLE. Otherwise mostly unnoticed.
MSLEb = Multishot Lightning Enchanted Boss, (or Bastard).
mule = A character that stores equipment found by other characters, or the act of storing said items.
NARF = Never Abandon Runes, Fool! Nice, Awesome Radical Find! (Take your pick)
nm = Nightmare. The second difficulty.
occy = The Oculus. Unique Swirling Crystal.
OMG = Oh My God. (Somebody found something uber!)
OS = Oak Sage. Druid Skill.

PD = Perfect Diamond.
Pets = Druid summoned creatures.
PI = Physical Immune. Can only be harmed through magic or elemental damage.
Pindle, Pindy = Pindleskin. He can be found through Anya's portal.
PM = Personal Message. It's part and parcel of forum communication.
PR = Perfect Ruby
Pris, Prism = Prismatic. The prefix used on items to declare 'resist all'.
Psn = Poison. Helpful or harmful depending who controls it.
PT = Perfect Topaz.
PvM = Player Versus Machine. What we do best.
PvP = Player versus Player. Allowable in TCP/IP games!
Q = Question. You have many Q's.
RL = Real Life. Our existance outside Diablo II.
SC = Soft Core. The mode of play in which you may die frequently.
Screeny = Screenshot. Requested screenies are usually hosted on websites.
SDYF = Send Durf Your Face. I strongly suspect he made that up for self promotion...
Set = Item from a set. We may say "found three sets in one drop." Item color is lime green.
Sin = Assassin. General term.
SM = Shadow Master. Assassin Skill.

SoB = Spirit of Barbs. Druid Skill. Not son of...
SoE = String of Ears. Unique Demonhide sash.
SOJ = Stone of Jordon. Unique ring that I cannot find.

Stun Lock = To be continuously hit, so hit recovery animation repeats, allowing no action.
TC = Treasure Class. We could use AC (Armour Class) and WC (Weapon Class) but we don't.
