My Lovely Family

I married my cousin Karen Annette Frederiksen in 1948. Unfortunately, she passed away on October 5, 1997 and is burried in the family grave in H�rsholm, Denmark.

We have three daugthers:

Marianne, who is married to S�ren Dons. They have two children: Claudia & Casper.

Patricia, who is married to S�ren S�ndergaard. They have six children: Jens, Lars, Susanne, Louise, Johanne & Julie.
Jens is married to Betina and they have a son called Thor and a daughter called Ida.

Birgitte, who is married to Mads Holst. They have two children: Kamilla & Nis
Kamilla married to Claus have a daughter called Metilie and a son called Max

Here we are in 1926 ... our first love story.

This is my mother's sister, called Pip, who is also my wife's mother. These photes were taken on her 90th birthday attended by 65 people.

This is the summer house of Henius who founded the Rebild Park in Denmark.
The house was later destroyed as he did not want it to be there after he died.

My granddad, Einar Fugl-Svendsen, a "Skovrider" who was a good friend of Henius, secured the area for Rebild.
The park is now a famous place where an annual gathering of American Danes and friends meet on the national day of the USA

This is our family home called Grassway in Duryard Exeter. My Step father Svend Iversen lived here until he died in March 2008.

Here I was brought up from 1935 and went to Heles School in Exeter.

During the war a bomb fell in the field and left a large crator.After the war my brother bougth the two sites with the crator hole to plant a chestnut tree

Up untill he died 1n the year 2000 he gathered all family and friends once a year for a ceremony around the tree.

The Chestnut tree as a memorial stone at its foot commemorating our brother Axel who was shot down in his Spitfire over France in April 1942.
