| We have ongoing Fuel Cell groups meeting on Friday Nights from 7:30pm to 9:00pm. We have a time of worship, prayer, sharing and a short lesson. It's so amazing how lives are being touched through these groups. Cell groups are forming now! | Thanks for checking out our website! Fuel started in March of 2005 at MCC Austin because we realized there was little in place to reach out to and meet the spiritual & friendship needs of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender & straigh young adults. This is a ministry group FOR young people, led BY young people. Our intentions are to create a ministry that 1.) meets the social & spiritual needs of young adults, 2.) that provides information & connections to resources for emotional, financial & other needs to be met, and 3.) that develops leaders who want to carry the message of God's love to other people. We want to invite you to come and visit a [fuel cell]... hang out with us at the lake, at a concert/show, at church... Wherever you are in your journey with God, you are going to find love & acceptance here. Our prayer for you is that you would grow in the knowledge of God's amazing love for you. That you would have peace about being LGBT and know that you are perfect & complete, just as you are. That you would begin to see God moving in your life more and more each day. Be Blessed! | From Friday, May 13th... Survivor Pace Bend, otherwise known as our first camping trip was quite an adventure. Maybe we'll take RV's next time, after all. (can I get a witness?) From Thursday, May 26th... Some members of Fuel testified against the constitutional amendment to ban gay marriage at the Texas Senate on Thursday night. Click here for their testimony. From Friday, May 27th... We started using "The Purpose Driven Life," by Rick Warren, as our lesson series text for the next 40 days.
