How can I become a member?

First of all, you have to be a Teenchat user who talks in the teen parents room (fairly obvious, but meh). Then you have to e-mail Kessa and fill in a form like the ones above. The username must begin with ~^ and end with ^~ and be no more than 16 characters long (without the kitten ears), and the quote must be something you've said on Teenchat, hopefully something witty and/or funny.
Of course, not everyone is right for the ~^ ^~. If you send me the thing, you will get put on the list straight away, but there are some things that members should just never do ....
1. Type in ALLCAPS all the time (it's allowed if you're just making a point).
2. Use @ instead of A.
3. Be abusive in chat, over PM or in the room.
4. Use shortened forms of words ("text talk"), such as "i wnt 2 hv sx wiv u".
5. Not respect our friendly regulars and newbies in the chat, in particular your kitten-eared companions.
6. Say that you hate someone, want to kill them or want them to die.
7. Call teen parents sluts, slags, slappers or any other nasty "sl" words.
8. Say anything against the ~^ ^~ system - we know it's crap, but you don't need to tell us!
9. Use "gay", "paki", "nigger", "witch", "fat" or other racist words as insults.
10. And if I hear a word against kittens I'll ....
