Just last night I got a call and heard about a very generous supporter in my family who is going to be supporting me for $200 a month, and it blew me away. That last bit pushes me right into where I need to be for my minimum monthly support. So my monthly support raising now is basically done. I still know about a few more people who are planning to support me on a monthly basis as well that haven't gotten their forms into me or anything, so I haven't counted them yet as being monthly supporters. Once I get those in, I should be over what I need in monthly support.
So that doesn't mean I don't need the support mind you. That just means that Ill be able to have just a little more food that the minimum. I'll be able to have a bit of extra money just incase something comes up and I need it. I may even be able to have a little bit of income coming in, so that this whole year, while it will be incredibly rewarding in so many ways, it wont be a total loss in a financial sense. Just as much as I need to be thinking about my trip, I need to be thinking about after my trip as well and when I get home. Coming back with still a little money in my pocket would be absolutely amazing. Basically a little money above the minimum will help me to have the freedom to not worry about money and be able to do my missionary work to my full potential.
But anyways, that is the urgent news that needed to be put up, even though I just posted a journal yesterday. Ill be adding a list of supporters on the site really soon. If you would like your name on that illustrious list, well the instructions on how to do that are under the 'Aid' section on the main page.
