| Goth - A person who wears black more than YOU, including clothes, make-up and anything else. A smart person, artistic person or creative person, usually. I mean, when there's nobody to talk to in class, you normally end up paying attention and doing well. A social misfit. Now, where I come from, being called a social misfit or freak AMONG your friends is okay. It's what we call ourselves or whatever. But when people who aren't in our "group" (unorganized and heterogeneously mixed, ranging from punk and bondage-freak to goth and other stuff not prep or jock) call us freaks to be mean, they deserve what the people at Columbine got from Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold. Not like I would be the one to do it though... Also, most (erm, ALL) goths despise organized religions. We don't think there's anything wrong with being christian, wiccan, buddhist, muslim or any other religion (even the ones that aren't recognized) as long as you don't have your organized religious people running around calling us satanists and telling us we're destined for Hell. Who's gonna end up in Hell? BAD people. Not different people. Usually if a goth is a christian, they don't make a big deal out of it and try to recruit people. It's called respecting other people's privacy, my friends! Goth is basically being who you are, not giving a bloody knuckle what other people think and having fun, a life and a world where nobody looks the same. | ||||||||
