| Alright, these are the rules. If we want this event to run smoothly and not get shut down by city officials (remember, we will be in a city park building) we will have to follow these rules. - As this is an all ages event ANY alcohol will be probited. Do not show up intoxicated as you will be turned away. - This is an indoor gaming event, there will be NO smoking permitted inside the event building. This is a city code and will be enforced as such. (Remember, we do not want to rock the boat) - Gameplay rules are posted on the respective pages for the gameply type. - The judges decisions will be final. All event judges are prohibited from playing in competitive play however random match play is permitted. - Under NO circumstances will a player be permitted to leave a map (exploiting glitches) and fire from offmap. Anyone caught doing this will be immediately disqualified along with their team. - Any contestant or team disqualified due to inappropriate behavior or a violation of the posted rules will receive no refund of entry fees. - FSXBOX as avid players of Halo understand it is a competitive game. Once again, this is an all ages event so please keep swearing to a minimum. - Keep in mind, this is a game. If your corpse is humped, so be it. Do not take it personal. Just find that necrophile and give him a rocket powered enema. - Anyone under the age of 16 will need to have a parental signed waiver. There is likely no physical danger from this event, however due to the possibility of seizures from games like this, as well as the 'M' rating, parental guidance is suggested. A contact number will be provided for parents to try and reach their children during the event. - Team and single play spaces are limited. Please e-mail before to ensure your spot. Walk-ups will be taken as long as time permits. - Entry fees will be taken at time of event. Cash only, no checks, no credit. Fees are $5 for singles play (including last man standing). Team entry fees are $15 per team, however to be registered in team play you must also be seperately registered in single play. |
