Hello everyone. My name is Kim and I am a graduate student at the University of Florida. My PhD research is focusing on using microsatellite DNA markers to study the genetics of the Florida manatee.

With this page, I will introduce you to my lab group. I will also give you some facts about the Florida manatee, and some great links that you can check out for more information.

I am also working on some pages about DNA, genetics, and molecular techniques.
