Background:

She was born on December 26th, 2019 to her mom, Julia. Her original father had left before she was born, and Jill never knew him. When her mom got married 5 years later, she found that the person whom her mom had married would turn out to be a dad to her after all. She grew up as the only child, her parents never having a child of their own, as Jill became their kid. She never moved around as the typical Navy brat did, as her dad was at the London OCS.

This gave her an opportunity to stay in one place and develop long lasting friendships. When the war with the Eternal Blood came, her mom and her stayed in London while Walter went out onto the Jubilee. By this time, Jill had entered into London University, and was working towards her degree in psychology.

A few years later, she graduated, and was thrilled. She got an assignment on one of the undersea colonies, helping the people below the waves. In one of the latest missions of seaQuest, she was rescued from the colony after it had been attacked from a cult, and decided to stay onboard the sub with her dad as a civilian, and sort of like a counselor to the ship.
