At 28 years old, Pastor Victor is the youngest pastor in the 55 years of the First Southern Baptist Church of Anaheim. Married to his lovely wife Theresa, the happy couple have served the Lord at the church since July 2005. Upon retirement of one of his mentors, Rev.Dr. John Porter, Pastor Victor was elected by the church membership to continue the Lord's work on November 13, 2005.
Pastor Victor grew up the only son of Wanpen Chayasirisobhon and Reverend Dr. Sirichai Chayasirisobhon. He spent 4 years as the youth pastor of the Thai Church in California, Anaheim and another 3 years serving as the youth pastor of the Thai Laos Baptist Church in San Rafael, California. In his 3 years at the Thai Laos Baptist Church he was trained to preach to adults by Reverend Dr. Savang Lin, Professor at the Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. In 2001, Pastor Victor obtained his Masters of Arts in Theology from the Southwest Bible College and Seminary, and in 2003 he obtained his Doctorate in Theology from the same school. After that he returned to southern california to continue his ministry to the Thai people and their youth.
Today Pastor Victor continues his education, pursuing his Master's of Divinity at the Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in Brea, California. He also serves as the only pastor at the First Southern Baptist Church of Anaheim.
