Seto Kaiba
The game shop was actually a house too. Yugi lived there at a time. When we went inside, Yugi yelled, "Grandpa, I�m home." Yugi�s grandpa was standing at a store counter. He greeted us with a simple, "Hello."
Yugi asked, "Grandpa, can you show us your super ultra rare card?"
Yugi�s grandpa said, "Why not. It won�t hurt anything." He pulled out a small box. You could probably fit a small deck in the box. He opened the box and in the box sat the Blue Eyes White Dragon! I thought, �Figures.� I looked at the clock over Yugi�s grandpa�s head and I saw it was a half an hour until I had to pick Jon up. The door opened and a man warring a school uniform came in. Yugi whispered, "That�s Kaiba."
Joey recalled, "Doesn�t he have some big business to run, what�s he doing here?"
Yugi�s grandpa asked, "Can I help you?"
Kaiba responded, "If you can�t, I wouldn�t be surprised."
Yugi looked at Kaiba strangely. I looked at Joey as he recalled, "You like Duel Monsters too. This is great! Maybe we could duel each other sometime."
Kaiba chuckled then noted, "You wouldn�t last two minutes in a duel against me."
Joey yelled, "Say what?!"
Then Kaiba saw the BEWD sitting in the small box. He looked amazed as he saw the Blue Eyes. Yugi�s grandpa piped, "That�s enough window shopping," closing the box, "how may I help you."
Kaiba placed his silver briefcase on the counter and opened it. There were thousands of Duel Monster cards in the briefcase! Kaiba responded, "Look old man, I�ll give you all these cards for your Blue Eyes White Dragon."
Yugi�s grandpa recalled, "I�m sorry, I�ll have to decline your �kind� offer." Everyone stud there shocked.
Yugi�s grandpa went on, "A very special friend gave me that card."
Then Yugi responded, "You would give anyone that card if it was common, would you Grandpa?"
He responded, "That�s right Yugi." Kaiba closed his briefcase, picked it up and walked out the door.
I looked at the clock and saw that Jon got out of school in five minutes! I recalled, "Umm, guys, I have to go pick up my little brother."
Joey responded, "Oh yeah. I forgot about that." I waved good-bye and walked out the door.
When I got to Jon�s school, the bell rang. I felt relief as Jon walked outside to meet me. He smiled and asked, "How was your day big sister?"
I smiled and responded, "It was, okay." Then I thought, �If only he knew.�
We got back to the apartment building and saw Joey! �Strange,� I thought, �he doesn�t live here. What�s he doing here?� Luckily he didn�t see me.
We got to the apartment room and I helped Jon with his homework. Mostly math, I could handle it. The thing that bothered me the rest of the day was Kaiba.
