Refund and exchange Procedures
- Fruits and Passion Return and Exchanges policy is 30
days for refunds only
with the original receipt. And 60 days for exchanges.
- For exchanges or refund is mandatory
that the customer sign the VIP, first and last name and phone number are
the minimum information required
from the customer; e-mail and other information are optional.
- Reprint the transaction and ask the customer to sign
it.
- Add this transaction’s information on the Return
sheet in the binder.
- We may do exceptions for exchanges in case it is past
60 days or if the customer doesn’t have the original receipt, but for that
the total amount of the transaction must be $0.00 or any positive amount,
never a negative amount.
- You must check if the product that is being returned is
in good condition.
- In case the product returned was half used, or is
defective, you must ask the customer to fill out the grey part of the
Return Form that you will find in the binder. But the VIP is still
mandatory. Staple the original and the return receipts on the Return Form.
