SHIFTS:
EVERYONE IS SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP FOR THEIR SHIFTS LIKE THE SCHEDULE SAYS, BECAUSE IF YOU GAVE AVAILABILITY IT IS BECAUSE YOU WOULD BE AVAILABLE, RIGHT? SO, PLEASE, as soon as you get somewhere where there is internet, check the schedule and if you have problems with your shifts, just let me know, pls. Minimum 1 week in advance otherwise we will not be able to change anything. I will not accept a call or email overnight or a day or 2 days before. Reason why is if you gave your availability it is because you could work that day. In case you are sick please bring doctor's note, it will be accepted only with it, otherwise you will be written up.
Kelly is coming this week to work with us as well and we are counting with Virginia's help, she is Fabiola's cousin and with Fernanda's help, who is Matt's friend.
Please, be gentle to help virginia because she does not speak English like us and she needs to be helped as well.

Closing is the time when we all should be focused on reestocking the shelves for the next day and closing tills. Please, only close till#1 at 20:30 if it is not busy. Till #2 should be closed at 21:00, but reports can be retrieved some minutes before that, always making sure visa machine is closed only after store is closed. Only 1 girl is responsible for closing till#1 and another for till #2. Having 2 girls closing the same till is risky for some mistake can happen and the other one can be responsible for a mistake she did not commit. While 1 closes 1 till, the other should be busy taking care of reestocking the shelves. I noticed many times 2 girls closing the same till and it is no good. Try always to take turns so other girls have the chance to close tills and send reports well . Maximum stay in a normal day is 9:15 pm no more than that is needed. If you need to stay after 9:15 for some reason, I expect you to call me on my cell and let me know why.
Xmas hours you are expected to stay until 9:30 pm to finish closing properly and with time and attention!!!!!!!!!

We should be spraying outside every half an hour. Use up the promotional vaporizers first so there?s not a ton left when the promotion is over. |

It's great that each customer leaves the store with ONLY 1 sample. The samples cost us about 50 cents each so let's be wise on giving samples. Sometiems we can give out more than 1 to a customer, but it depends on why and who. |

Good job keeping up with cleaning this week ladies!
Try to get the cleaning done between Mon and Thurs each week.
We won't have time to do it Fri to Sun.
If everyone can clean two or three sections a shift, we should be able to get the whole store cleaned every week.

Congratulations to all sales associates who maintained a DPT over $30 this past month.. There were quite a few on the list, but I want to see EVERYONE on there! Set goals for yourself. Offer the promotions and PWPs EVERY TIME.
You willl be surprised what results you see.
