Special Discount Procedures

 

 

• For any type of this follow discount is mandatory that the customer sign the VIP, first and last name and phone number are the minimum   information required from the customer; e-mail and other information are optional.
• Reprint the transaction and ask the customer to sign it.
• Add this transaction’s information on the Discount sheet in the binder.

 

Air-Canada Discount: (WEM and KW)

• For Air-Canada employee discount, the customer should present his employee ID card and as any other discount they have to provide the basic information for the VIP.
• Air-Canada discount since March of 2005 is 15% for any Air-Canada employee category.

 

More than 10 products (WEM and KW)

 

• When the customer purchases a product in a quantity higher than 10, he shall get the eleventh for free. They must provide the basic information for the VIIP, and Remember the customer must be paying for at least 10 for the same product to get this discount. When entering it in the till, use discount line and discount the exact amount of one product unit, don’t use percentages.  

 

Mall Discount (only at KW)

 

• Kingsway Mall employees have 10% off in almost all products, except some very special offers, that we will post it when necessary. The customer should again provide the basic information for the VIP, plus the information (name and phone #) of the store he works in the mall. It can enter his personal and work information in the VIP program.
