TIME OFF REQUESTS

 

• Please, e-mail me your requested days off at [email protected] and I will post them on this website as I receive them.
• Days off are on a first-come first-served basis. However, I will only accept requests two months in advance. Please give as much notice as possible for periods exceeding one week.
• Reminder: I need everyone's availability for the following week by Wednesday at 9PM. After that I cannot guarantee time off and you will be required to find your own replacement.
• I will try to have the schedule posted no later than Thursday at 9PM. Thank you for your cooperation!!!
