Terms of sale concerning the purchase of the book entitled "21st Century Manifesto": The bearer of the signature upon the order form, in other words, the purchaser of copies or a copy of "21st Century Manifesto" understands the following 3 conditions fully and has agreed to them by signing the order form and willingly paying money to recieve copies or a copy of the book "21st Century Manifesto": 1. The author, who is also the seller, of the book "21st Century Manifesto", which is the book concerned in this transaction, is given full discretion concerning delivery of his book to anyone purchasing it. He will not be held responsible for damage to the book caused during delivery, he will not be held responsible for the condition of the book and not held responsible for the book not being delivered to the purchaser. Let it be noted the author of the book intends to deliver the book to all purchasers. But will not be held in any way legally responsible for the above-mentioned incidents or conditions. 2. On the occasion of a purchaser of "21st Century Manifesto" offering legal proof that the book has not been delivered, the aothor of the book in question will refund no more than the amount of money paid for the book. 3. The purchaser of "21st Century Manifesto" agrees to not hold the author of the book concerned legally liable or responsible for any condition or loss brought about by the purchase, delivery or non-delivery of the book. The purchaser exonerates completely the author of the book from legal responsibility of anything resultant of the transaction.

Terms of transaction concerning the purchase of a 1 year's subscription to 21st Century Helm: The bearer of the signature, upon the application form, in other words, the purchaser of the subscription, understands the following 3 terms fully and has shown his/her agreement by signing the application form intended for subscription to 21st Century Helm and by willingly paying for a subscription: 1. The creator of 21st Century Helm nor any business which may or may in future bear the name 21st Century Helm, has not verified the accuracy or factuality of any statement contained in any article contained within the publication. These entities are not responsible for any misleading or untruthful statement contained within any publication entitled "21st Century Helm". And consequently the purchaser of the subscription, in other words, the bearer of the signature upon the application form, agrees to not hold the creator of 21st Century Helm or any business which may or may in future bear the name 21st Century Helm liable for anything resulting of the untruthfulness, inaccuracy or misleading nature of anything printed in any publication entitled "21st Century Helm". 2. The delivery of a new issue of 21st Century Helm will be delivered on an approximately monthly basis. In total, 12 issues will be delivered in the approximate frequency of one per month. The first issue will never be an issue intended to represent the month in which the purchase of a year's subscription was made. The regularity of delivery and the exact date of delivery is completely at the discretion of the creator of 21st Century Helm and any business which may or may in future bear the name 21st Century Helm. 3. The purchaser of a year's subscription to 21st Century Helm agrees to not hold the creator of 21st Century Helm or any business which may or may in future bear the name 21st Century Helm responsible for any or all issues of 21st Century Helm not being delivered to the purchaser of a year's subscription. Let it be noted that the seller of subscription intends to deliver the publication under the conditions delineated above. But will not be held legally responsible for not fulfilling this obligation. Upon the incident of legal proof being provided by the purchaser of the items concerned not being delivered under the conditions delineated above, the seller of the subscription will refund not more than �10. Let it be noted that the above terms and conditions relating to the sale of a year's subscription to the publication "21st Century Helm" and the book "21st Century Manifesto" are solely intended to avert frivilous trumped-up lawsuits that may plague the authors and creators of the above 2 publications. It is the full intent of all concerned publishers and creators to fulfill their obligation to provide the paid-for services.
