| ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! Exchanges will be granted for merchandise that is received by the customer in non-working order. Exchange will be for the same product only. We will reimburse return shipping costs for all items returned via UPS Ground or Standard USPS Mail. We will pay for the shipping of the replacement item. Exchange Requests MUST be made with 30 days of shipment. Exchange items MUST be in the same condition as originally shipped, in orginal packaging with all original instructions. In extreme circumstances, Refunds and different product exchanges may be granted on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of the Member-Manager of this company.
