From the Seats, November 3, 2004
MINNEAPOLIS - Torii Hunter won his forth straight Gold Glove award Tuesday. Hunter had a .988 fielding percentage and recorded five outfield assists in 126 games during 2004.
Hunter put up another display of robbing home runs and diving catches to earn his fourth gold glove in as many years. Although Hunter missed time and did not have as many Web Gem type plays he still put on a display of one of the best centerfielders in the game.
Koskie files
MINNEAPOLIS - Koskie filed for free agency Monday to become the latest Twin to do so. This was an expected move for the third baseman that batted a career low of .251 with 25 home runs and 71 RBI.
The Twins are interested in signing Koskie, Radke, Guzman, Blanco and Mulholland while also addressing the salary increases of players eligible for arbitration. Time is not in the Twins favor, as other teams can take bids at these players November 11th.
