An open letter from a mother to her beloved children.

 

                                        

To:  My Two Angels

I hope this finds you both in good health and that you are safe and happy. 

I never stopped looking for you.  You are in my prayers forever.  May the

Lord be with you and protect you both.

 

My son, Matthew Paukovich, you were born on April l4, l985 at Fairfax

Hospital at 5:55 a.m.  My little mon chi chi.  My dearest Boy Angel.  Matthew

means “Gift from God” and that is what you are to me.  I love you and miss

you.  And I am still looking for you.

 

And to my daughter, Jennifer-Ryan Paukovich, my sweet, adorable Angel

Child.  I love you and miss you so much.  You were born on December 8, l983

at Fairfax Hospital at exactly 8:00 p.m.  As a Catholic, this is the Feast Day

of the Immaculate Conception and your maternal grandmother’s birthday.

I pray the Lord is with you and protecting you.  You are my little girl

angel.  I love you and miss you.

 

I am still looking for you and Matthew.  I’ll never stop.  Both of you are

in my prayers and my heart always.  By the way, your name, Jennifer,

also means “Gift of or from God.”  I believe with all the faith that God

will restore us as a family.  That the truth will prevail.
