CHAPTER 7 

The room was silent when Brian finished telling his friends what was going on with Andrea. Well what he knew. It was a long time before anyone spoke.

"I’m sorry, Bri."Kevin said softly. The others nodded.

‘Who would have thought that something like this would happen?"Howie said.

"What are you going to do?" Nick asked him, wanting to kick himself for what he told Brian before. He didn’t know how close to the truth he was.

"I have to go to LA for a while." Brian told them, "I have to see her." The others nodded again.

"You do what you have to do."

Brian was packing some stuff for his trip to LA when his phone rang.

"Hello?" he said into his cell phone.

Hayley was sobbing uncontrollably.

"Brian?" she managed to say.

"Hayley?"

"She’s in the hospital, Brian. I’m not sure how much time she has left." Hayley said.

Brian couldn’t believe this was happening to him. "Okay, i was just about to leave for LA. You wanna come with me?"

"Yeah."

Brian hung up and got in his car.

When Hayley got in his car, she was still crying but tried to pull herself together.

"Now tell me exactly what happened."Brian told her on their way to the airport.

"Her mom called and told me that Andrea had been experiencing headaches and stuff all night and this morning and that they were taking her to the hospital. She called me back after she was examined to say that it was more serious than that." Hayley replied, "They say it can be any day now."

Brian parked the car at the airport and they got out .

"Please God, let me be there in time." Brian prayed.
