SMOKED SALMON DIP
1 � 8oz. Package of cream cheese 1 can of salmon, bone and skin removed. 1 heaping tablespoon of ketchup 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 1 teaspoon of liquid smoke In a bowl add all of the cream cheese, open can salmon and drain and discard the liquid. If your can salmon has bone and skin included in the can, with clean hands, remove all bone and skin. (Canned Salmon can be purchased without bone and skin). Add salmon to cream cheese. With a fork, smash and blend salmon into cream cheese thoroughly. Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and liquid smoke to the cream cheese and salmon. With a fork, once again, smash, stir and blend all the ingredients thoroughly. Place smoke salmon dip in a covered serving bowl. Chill and serve.
