| 2 ripe Avocados 1 medium size tomato 1/2 of a small onion The juice from 2 fresh lemons Dash of fresh, chopped cilantro leaves Salt to taste Cut the Avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pits or seeds. Scrape the avocado flesh into a medium size bowl and mash the avocado flesh with a fork. Set aside. Finely chop or dice the tomato, onion and cilantro leaves and then add them to the mashed avocado. Squeeze the juice from 2 lemons into the avocado mixture and blend together. Salt to taste and serve with tortilla chips. |
