Debbie's Favorite Garden Salad
Shredded lettuce, plain or a combination of Iceberg, Romaine and Curly Fresh tomatoes, diced with seeds removed or little cherry tomatoes Top with imitation crabmeat, manually shredded or pulled apart. Add a dash of soft bacon bits, tiny croutons and a pinch of finely shredded cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese. Top the salad servings with a dash of mayonnaise, a dash or two of Red Wine Vinegar and a light sprinkle of lemon-pepper seasoning. Note�use bacon bits, croutons and cheese sparingly as too much will overwhelm your salad.
