Debbie's Fruit Dip Recipe
This is a quick and easy fruit dip to make and present along with any fruit platter you may prepare. When preparing the fruit dip use a gelatin flavor for your dip that will compliment your fruit either by taste or color. Be sure to arrange your fruit platter so that it is also pleasant to the eye by separating the different fruit colors. Cut and peel fruit such as apples, pears, and cantaloupe into large bite-size pieces. 2 8 ounce packages of Cream Cheese (Softened) 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (Not evaporated can milk) 1 small box of any flavor gelatin (I recommend Strawberry/Banana) In a medium size-mixing bowl add all of the softened cream cheese and the entire 1 can of sweetened condensed milk. Blend together well. You may want to use a hand mixer. Gradually blend in of the box of gelatin and blend it into the cream cheese mixture completely. At this point you may want to taste your fruit dip and add a little more gelatin if you desire. Chill and serve cold with your prepared fresh fruit pieces.
