The historic Frog Pond Grange hall is available for rental by the public.
The hall has an approved capacity of 200 people. Facilities include a functional stage,
fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, restrooms, and large parking lot.
Additional chairs and tables are also available for renter’s use for larger events.
There is no air conditioning in the building. The hall has recently been equipped
with a new gas furnace. Rental fee includes garbage disposal,
as the Grange has weekly container pickup.
No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the hall, or on the property.
Rent is assessed for the hours of the actual event;
reasonable setup, and cleanup time is not charged.
Rental consideration is $50.00/hour. Special all day rates are available,
as well as monthly....Please call for these.
A $250.00 cleaning deposit is required at the time the key is picked up by the renter.
This deposit check will be returned to the renter upon return of the key and a satisfactory
hall inspection by the Grange Rental Chairperson following the event.
