Sixth-seeded Kuznetsova, who was playing in her fourth China Open final, quickly took control of her match against the 12th-seeded Pole, dominating play and effectively negating Radwanska's attacking game before wrapping up a comprehensive straight sets 6-2, 6-4 victory over her 20-year-old opponent. Sunday's triumph awarded Kuznetsova her second Beijing crown (the first coming in 2006), her third singles title of the year and US$775,500 in prizemoney. Svetlana qualifies for Doha:  Svetlana Kuznetsova has successfully secured her place at the season-ending Sony Ericsson Championships after pinning down the number five position in the WTA Tour's Race to Doha competition. Kuznetsova cemented her spot following the Toray Pan Pacific Open in Tokyo earlier this month despite making a surprise second round exit.
