Grovedale Duchy - Regional Guide
A few things worth mentioning - The baronial freehold refers to the freehold
that the Baron / Count / Duke inhabits. All commoner freeholds are Level 1.
The bold areas denote rulers who don't fit into Alistair's very narrow white/male/sidhe
mold.
VERY IMPORTANT: The extreme tilt towards white men in the rulership is
NOT a reflection of ability, but rather of Duke Alistair's prejudices, which
have forced talented people into lower ranks then they would prefer, or out
of the duchy altogether. This is one of the problems that Grovedale will have
to deal with.
