| Background: You were always an argumentative children, and stubborn as a bull. If you didn't agree with something, you would argue the point forever, regardless of whether your opponent was another child, or a figure of authority. This, combined with your relatively large size, made you seem pretty cool to the other kids. Sometimes your parents despaired of you ever learning discipline, but they contented themselves with the knowledge that you had very defined morals, and weren't going to turn into a hooligan just because you didn't know when to shut up. In high school, you learned some restraint, enough that you rarely ended up in the vice-principal's office, but honed your argumentative skills to the point where you were captain of the debate team. Your Chrysalis was a slow thing - flashes of something better, something magical, and, finally, just waking up one morning as a troll. A fellow debater, an eshu, was surprised to learn your kith, but introduced you to the court. When you graduated, and went to law school, your fae friends thought you were insane, but you managed. Now, you run a small, but successful and Glamourous, law firm, and you are very choosy about your clients. You've won the respect of the court, and you're doing what you love. Not bad for a simple troll like you. |
| Roleplaying Hints: You've learned politeness over the years, but you never bend. If you see something that's wrong, you will work to set it right, as long as it's in your power. You are the best friend a person could have, although you shy from laying your own problems on others. You admit, deep down, that part of your being a lawyer is a love of attention, but you generally only let on that you're in it for the others. Most changelings look at you a bit oddly when they find out what you do, but you don't mind. Never let someone's opinion influence your decisions. |
