A RECENT ARCHAEOLOGY, THE FORESHORE, NELSON
For the past year I have been researching the archaeology of the foreshore, Nelson, as an art project.
  LOGBOOK
JUNE 24      Having made the decision to cease collecting more artefacts it must be said that that hasn't happened - but maybe more selective gathering. New documentation has happened and images are stored here under that category.
Have become very interested in the history of my suburb Tahunanui . The local museum provides quite a good resource of books and paper clippings.
All the accumulated foreshore artefacts are now stored at home  and it has been a task to store them adequately whilst still giving easy access. Winter is now limiting the daytime available for all aspects of the project. Naturally it is hibernation so am not expecting any major advances during the next 2 months. I am very seasonal. Spring  will be welcomed!
