Promotional Items Available to All Members:
This includes, but is not limited to brochures, t-shirts, maps, baseball caps and other clothing, and car window decals.  Some of these items are for sale, others are free.  Our group makes a nominal profit off the sale of these items, moreover it helps to promote our group and its misssion.
Update of the North South Danville Trial:
The abandoned railway running grom Jackson St. just behind Danville High School and ending in Stateline Indiana, has been a continual interest for our group as a trail potential.  Area cummunity leaders have also expressed ths same interest.  A few years age, it was noted in the Commercial News that the City of Danville would look at this site as a trail potential as well; however, progress has been slow!  I am in constan contact with Doug Ahrens from the Danville Parks Dept., unfortunately no new news.
Events:
Group members have indicated that they would be interested in a trail ride this spring.  The Hennepin Canal Trail was suggested as a potential site that would be close and scenic.  Information will go out ASAP in reguards to the Date/Time, and hotel camping informtion.

In the fall we are planning a raffle.  we are working out the specifics as to when the raffle will actually take place .  It is our intention to have it in commiction with another event in the area.  For example, a comservation event in Kennekuk Park known as Danville Days.  This event has games for childer and information about our group.
