Friends of Rouge Park has signed up with the Community Awards Program at Kroger. Every time you shop at Kroger and use your Kroger Plus Card, Kroger will make a donation to Friends of Rouge Park! All you have to do is either sign up at Kroger.com (detailed instructions below) or print out this form and take it to the Customer Service Desk at Kroger once, and after that EVERY time you buy anything at Kroger, they will make a donation to Friends of Rouge Park. Our park sorely needs all the funding it can get. This is an easy way to support our organization.

DIRECTIONS FOR SETTING UP THE KROGER COMMUNITY AWARDS PROGRAM ONLINE:
Go to: https://customer.kroger.com/login.aspx
1. Click on "Sign up today" under "New Customer" and follow the steps to create an account for yourself. (It's really pretty quick and easy).
2. Once your account is created, log in and click on "My Account". Then click on "Edit Kroger Plus Card Information" and add your Kroger Plus Card Number (from the back of your Kroger Plus card) and click on �Save Changes�
3. At the bottom of the �My Account� page, click on "Edit Community Rewards Program Information" and under �1.Find your Organization�, enter 84436. Then check the circle next to FRIENDS OF ROUGE PARK and click on �Save Changes� and that�s it!
If you have any problems, simply print this page and bring it to the Customer Service desk at Kroger once and you�ll be signed up!
