Limit Bandwidth with the QoS Packet Scheduler Service (Windows 2000)

This setting allows you to specify combined percentage of Quality of Service traffic through a specific adapater.

Open your registry and find the key below.

Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value called 'NonBestEffortLimit' using the settings below.

Exit your registry, you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.
