Specify Users to Receive Administrative Alerts (Windows NT/2000/XP)

This setting is used to specify a list of users and/or computers that should receive administrative alerts.

Open your registry using REGEDT32 and find the key below.

Modify the REG_MULTI_SZ value called "AlertNames" and on a seperate line enter each user or computer to receive the alerts.

Restart Windows for the change to take effect.
