This is the first fanfic I’ve written. It’s set in the future, in 2007. Monica and Chandler got married in 2001, they now have a 6 year old daughter, Lauren. Ross and Rachel got married in 2002 and have a 5 year old daughter Katie. Ben is 11 and lives with Ross and Rachel. Carol and Susan are gone. Phoebe and Joey had a one-night-stand at Ross and Rachels wedding. Phoebe got pregnant so they decided to get married. They now have 5 year old twins, Joseph Junior (J.J.) and Lily. They still live in NewYork, but not in the appartmentbuildings. They now live in houses next door to each other. They all have very well paid jobs.
DISCLAIMER : I don’t own any of the characters, Bright, Kauffman and Crane do. But if they ever want to use this fanfic, they can. Until then I’m just writing for mine and everybody elses entertainment.

1.01T.OW. the secret
scene 1 : Central Perk, everybody’s there.
Mon : there’ s nothing to tell.
Ros : you’ve been acting weird all week, something’s up.
Rac : yeah, go on, tell your best friend.
Mon : there’s nothing, honest.
Pho : well I can see your aura, you not being honest.
Mon : ok, there is something, but we don’t want to say yet, right Chandler?
Cha : right.
Joe : what time is it?
Pho : oh, we’ve got to go, school’s out in 25 minutes.
Ros : it’s nice coming back here once a month, knowing our places are still here.
Cha : yeah, cos otherwise there’d be this big empty space.
Chandler gets up and goes to pay.
Cha : how much is it, Gunther?
Gun : 6 coffees, that’s 9 dollars.
Cha : here you’re go, see you next month.
Gun : yeah, yeah, whatever. ( staring at Rachel).
They all leave Central Perk.
End scene.
Scene 2 : Monica and Chandler’s house. Everybody ( kids included) are there. They’re all sitting at the table, finished eating.
Ros: Ben, have you done your homework?
Ben: dad, holiday starts tomorrow, we have the end.
Ros: ok.
Joe: J.J. have have you done your homework?
Rac: Joey, he’s 5, I don’t think they give them any homework.
Joe: the school doesn’t, but I do. J.J.?
JJ: ( to Katie) how u doin?
Katie giggles.
Lau: mommy, can me and Katie get some biscuits?
Mon: ok.
Lau: come on Katie, I made them.
They go in the kitchen.
Mon: I did most of it.
L and K come back.
Rac: why don’t you go to the livingroom, watch some tv?
Lau and Kat: ok.
They go the livingroom.
Ros: so Mon, is Lauren going to be the next chef in the family?
Mon: no, I don(t know, maybe, if she wants to.
Lau: (from the livingroom) careful Katie, don’t spill any crumbs!
Cha: but she is turning in to a mad cleanfreak.
End scene2
Scene 3: still at Monica and Chandler’s house. All the kids are watching tv. The others are in the kitchen, Monica is doing dishes, Phoebe is drying.
Rac: mon, so what was the big secret you and Chandler didn’t want to say in Central Perk this afternoon?
Mon: we don’t want to say cos we haven’t told Lauren yet.
Cha: yeah, as soon we’ve told her, we’ll tell you guys.
Pho: Lauren! Could you come here a minute?
Mon: what?!
Lauren comes to the kitchen.
Lau: what is it?
Mon: nothing sweety, Phoebe was just being weird.
Lau: ok. ( goes to watch tv again).
Ros: we might be going home know, it’s a school night.
Joe: yeah Ross, cos you gotta be in bed before 8.
Ros: katie, Ben! Get your jackets, we’re going home.
Same scene, later. Everybody is at the door. Joey is carrying Lily because she’s sleeping.
Mon; ok Rachel, I’ll see you tomorrow.
Rac: you’d better tel Lauren soon, I’m dying to know what it is.
Lauren: tell me what, mum?
Mon: I thought I told you to get ready for bed.
Everybody goes home.
End scene 3.
scene 4: Monica and Chandler's house. Lauren's bedroom. Lauren is in bed.
Mon: night sweety. ( close the door)
Lau: Mommy?
Mon: yeah?
Lau: what did aunt Rachel mean before?
Mon: Ok. I'll tell you. Chandler!
Lau: well the big secret is that I'm pregnant.
Cha: yeah, isn't that great. You're going to get a little brother or sister.
Lau: Ok.
Mon: Ok? That's all you gotta say?
Lau: yeah.
Mon: Ok, goodnight.
Monica and Chandler leave the room.
Mon: she doesn't like the idea.
cha: she'll get used to it.
Mon: I hope.
