A Farewell
Note
As I recline to write
This farewell note for you
I feel a lump in my throat
A big black void
comes into my view.
I don't know what to write
here
What this note should be about
You are beyond all praises
As you
are the best, beyond any doubt.
I just wanna tell
you
How priceless you are to me.
How valuable this friendship is
I
shudder to think days without thee.
You have been a wonderful
companion
Who filled my days with happiness
You made everyday so
special
Only I wonder, why they were so less.
You were a precious
friend
Who shared all thoughts and deed.
Made my sadness half
My
happiness double, you always did.
You always lent a
shoulder
When I was in need of one
I found you always beside me
But
now, I'd be all alone.
You and me were two
persons
But having one soul and heart
Your new course in life
Is
tearing it apart.
You can imagine well
How
much I'm in pain
Trust me, its just unbearable
However hard I try, it
doesn't wane.
I was told by
someone
That I shouldn't be back before you go
I find myself in so much
distress
Why she said so, now I know.
I wonder at
times
Whether I could be a good friend to you.
Did you too find myself to
be one
The way I found you.
I know I was
imposing
And also very possessive at times
But trust me, it was my love
and affection
Which I think is not a crime.
I also have hurt you
By
saying rude words to you.
But to hurt a precious soul like you
You know I
never wanted to.
I'd like to say

For all those misdeeds of mine
Please say, you've forgiven me
I
know you will, with that forgiving soul of thine.
I know you are feeling
insecure
In this crucial juncture of life
But think how severe this
insecurity was
Till a fortnight back, what was your
plight.
Now if you see
yourself
You'll find yourself happier than before
Trust me, my friend for
once,
You'd always be happy, I'm sure.
Its just a passing
phase
When you apprehend so much.
New man, new home and a new world
But
have faith, you'd ne'er be in the lurch.
Its not my affection thats
speaking
I say this from my heart
Because you are such a wonderful
person
In your life, sadness can never play a part.
Because you are a wonderful
soul
And a heart, that's so pure.
You'd get nothing but the best

happiness, love and care, I'm sure.
Because you are so
lovely,
And full of love and care
You'd get the best treatment ever

your man, you'd be truly dear.

always feel the way I do,
God must have spent so extra time
While creating
a jewel like you.
God must have created

A precious jewel like thee.
I know my thouhts are
repetitive
But, really, I can't help it.
These thoughts come straight from
my heart
These are all true, with no deceit.
I can't help myself

these tears rain down my cheek
However hard I try to.
How'd I live without
you, week after week.
But let me reassure

Anytime, you find yourself in the blue,
Give me a call, whenever you
