| 3. Music

| Rules and Guidelines: |
| 1. Decoration must be original, no signatures. |
| 2. All decisions by the judges are final. |
| 3. Any other rule we may need to come up with. :) |
| The Contest Dates will be: From October 25th through October 31. |
