HOURLY CARE SERVICES

FOR

SPOUSE’S OF DEPLOYED SOLDIERS

                          

 

Child & Youth Services Division (CYSD) is offering a limited amount of
hourly child care at no cost to spouses of deployed soldiers.

 

Child care will be provided at the Child Development Center (CDC) and School Age Services (SAS) programs on a space available basis.  Each deployed family is eligible for up to 4 hours per month of child care.  (Soldier’s unit will provide verification of deployment).

 

To take advantage of these services, patrons must first register their child (ren), with the Central Registration Office, Building 10612 Yorktown Drive and provide the following:

 

(1)  Up-to-date shot record

(2)  Copy of  current physical

(3)  Proof of age

(4)  3 local emergency contacts

(5)  Pay annual registration fee of $18 per child or $40 per family

Monday-Friday   
8:30 a.m.-1 p.m. & 2-4:30 p.m.

                                                         

Reservations may be made up to 30 days in advance by calling
765-3765 for the CDC or 765-3763 for SAS.
 The CDC & SAS must be notified of any cancellations
 no later than the day prior to the appointment.
 If notice is not received on time, patrons will be responsible for payment of the unused child care service.
