| By Air The best airport to fly into is the San Diego International airport. At the airport you can rent a car with Avis, Thrifty or Advantage rent a car, all of which allow you drive it into Mexico (make sure you buy their Mexican Auto Insurance) From San Diego Take interstate highway 5 or interstate 805 south. This will take you to the San Ysidro, California border crossing (at Tijuana). To get to the toll road from the border, bear right just after entering Mexico, as the road begins to split, take the 2nd right exit where the signs read "Ensenada - Rosarito Scenic Road". That will take you to the road that runs along the International border (Avenida Internacional). You will see the border fence to your right as you travel west. You stay on this road as you climb the first hill. Stay right and keep going straight. As you go down the hill, you will want to take the right turn to the road going west (follow the sign labeled Rosarito - Ensenada). Follow the road until you get to the first toll booth. Follow the road past the tollbooth. Approximatley 5 miles down exit at Baja Malibu. (If you hit the second toll booth or you get to Rosarito you have gone too far, turn around). Follow the exit to the double arches then make a right turn going under the double arches. Immediately after the arch, make a left. Follow the road (made of rocks) past the arch for about 1/8 of a mile. On your left side you will see a tunnel. Go in and through the tunnel and proceed past Calle De Terraceria. Make a right on Calle Del Rocio (the 2nd dirt road). Follow the signs, Quinta Puesta Del Sol for approximately 1 mile and than make a right on Calle Janette to Quinta Puesta Del Sol.
