| Cloud Strife: At age 21, Cloud Strife leads the life of a mercenary for hire. As an ex-member of Shinra's elite squad know as soldier, his fighting skills are in high demand. Cloud joins the rebel group AVALANCHE for their first strike against one of Shinra's huge Mako Reactors that surround the city of Midgar. His best Limit Break is Omnislash. Cloud is a interesting character with a crazy past. He has a lot of flashbacks and crazy "episodes". His background is pretty complicated. It seemed like he was cold and unfeeling at first, but as the story progressed I really started to like him. It was his insecurities, his failure of not getting into SOLDIER, always being an outsider but wanting to belong...that made him so lost. When he finally realizes his true past and who he really is, Cloud accepts his shortcomings, and despite them, he realizes that he has the power to defeat Sephiroth. |
